How quickly will someone reply?
Within one business hour on Enterprise and four on Basic and Standard, in UAE working hours. Critical incidents are handled around the clock.
Can we see a demo before deciding?
Yes. We set up a 45-minute session with your company structure, so you see your own departments, grades and pay elements rather than a generic demo.
How long does implementation take?
Around four working days: data import, rules and structure, a parallel payroll run, then training and go-live.
Do you support Arabic?
Our team speaks Arabic and English, and documents such as payslips and letters can be issued bilingually.
Do you work outside the UAE?
The platform is built around UAE Labour Law and WPS. Talk to us about other GCC markets – we handle some cases and will tell you honestly when we're not the right fit.
