Can I change my plan later?
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time directly from your account, or by speaking to our team. Pro-rated billing is applied automatically.
What happens after the free trial ends?
After your 14-day free trial, you can choose to continue on your selected plan or cancel — no card is charged automatically without confirmation. Your data is retained for 30 days.
What happens if I exceed my employee allowance?
Each plan includes a generous employee allowance (Basic up to 25, Standard up to 75). If your team grows beyond that, we will simply move you to the next plan — no surprise per-seat charges, no mid-cycle bill shocks.
Are there any setup or implementation fees?
No. All plans include free onboarding, data migration support and role-based training for your HR, finance and management teams.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes — for Standard and Enterprise plans, annual prepayment unlocks a meaningful discount. Speak to our sales team for an exact quote based on your selected plan.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. Fynth HRMS is ISO 27001-aligned, cloud-hosted with enterprise-grade encryption, role-based access controls and automated daily backups.
Can I enable add-ons anytime?
Yes — modules can be enabled, disabled or upgraded any time from your admin console. Changes take effect immediately and billing is adjusted on your next cycle.
Does pricing include payroll?
Payroll & WPS, gratuity and EOS are included on the Standard and Enterprise plans. The Basic plan covers core HR (employees, leave, attendance, reports) only.
Do you support multi-company setups?
Yes. Enterprise plans natively support multi-entity, multi-currency and multi-bank configurations — ideal for groups and holding companies operating across the UAE.
