All plans include the first 50 employees. Above that, add AED 6 per employee on Basic, AED 14 on Standard and AED 28 on Enterprise, each month.
How Billing Works
Upgrades and downgrades are pro-rated, so you only pay for the days on each plan.
Add or remove employees whenever you like. Your next invoice follows the new number – no per-seat licences to buy.
Pay a year up front on Standard or Enterprise and we'll discount it. Ask your account manager for the current rate.
Data import, configuration, parallel payroll and training are included on every plan – not a separate implementation fee.
Cancel any month. Your data stays available for 30 days after cancellation so you can export it.
Invoiced monthly in AED, payable by bank transfer or card. VAT is added where applicable.
Pricing Questions
What happens if we go over the employees included?
Nothing stops working. Employees above the first 50 are charged per employee each month – AED 6 on Basic, AED 12 on Standard and AED 28 on Enterprise – and it shows on your next invoice.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 14 days with your own data. We import a sample of your employees so you're testing the real thing, not a demo account.
Is payroll included in every plan?
Payroll, WPS and gratuity are on Standard and Enterprise. Basic covers core HR, leave, attendance and reporting.
Can we switch modules on and off later?
Yes. Modules can be enabled or disabled at any time, and billing follows from the next invoice.
Do you charge for implementation?
No. Data import, rule configuration, a parallel payroll run and training are included on every plan.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
It stays available for 30 days so you can export employees, payslips and documents, then it's deleted.
